Key Responsibilities :


Technical Leadership :


- Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.


- Provide technical guidance and make key architectural decisions.


- Drive best practices in coding, testing, and Stack :


- Demonstrate expertise in Node.js, Kafka, and MongoDB.


- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend their adoption where appropriate.


- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure the team's Management :


- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.


- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.


- Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.


People Management :


- Build and lead a high-performing development team.


- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.


- Foster a positive and collaborative work :


- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and :


- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Node.js, Kafka, and MongoDB.


- Strong proficiency in Node.js and server-side JavaScript programming.


- Experience with backend frameworks such as Express.js or similar.


- Familiarity with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL and proficiency in writing efficient queries


- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.


- Knowledge of version control systems, especially Git.


- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Mocha, Jest) and writing unit and integration tests.


- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.


- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.


- Proven experience in people management, including team leadership, mentoring, and performance evaluation.


- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, design principles, and coding standards.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- Take full ownership of assigned tasks, projects, or initiatives from inception to completion.


- Demonstrate a proactive attitude in identifying and addressing challenges, ensuring smooth progress throughout the project lifecycle.
