Your work will help maximize the visibility of our products, optimize shelf placement, and enhance promotional effectiveness, aligning with strategic business goals. Key Responsibilities: • Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct detailed analysis of in-store product presence and prominence to identify opportunities for optimizing shelf placement, promotional visibility, and category assortment. • Perfect Store Standards: Develop and implement frameworks and models that guide field teams in achieving and maintaining perfect store standards across various retail environments. • Reporting & Visualization: Create comprehensive reports and data visualizations using platforms like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel to communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and merchandising teams to align in-store execution strategies with overall business objectives. • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate store performance metrics, identifying gaps and recommending actionable strategies for improvement. • Process Improvement: Continuously refine perfect store processes, ensuring data accuracy and quality for informed decision-making. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is required.
A master's degree is a plus. • Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, trade marketing, or category management, ideally within consumer packaged goods or retail. • Technical Skills: Proficiency with data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, and visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
Advanced Excel skills are advantageous. • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable strategic insights. • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Collaborative Approach: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, influencing and building relationships to achieve strategic goals.
