Corporate Compliance Consultant ( CS)

Key Responsibilities:Ensuring the company’s compliance with various laws, regulations, and statutory requirements applicable to the business, such as Companies Act, tax laws, labour laws, and industry-specific regulationsAssisting in the process of company incorporation and establishment, including preparing and maintaining statutory records, filing necessary forms and returns, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance principles.Organizing meetings including preparing agendas, minutes and resolutions, facilitating communication between Directors and Shareholders.Managing communication with stakeholders, including shareholders, regulatory authorities, and other relevant parties. Ensuring timely and accurate disclosure of information as required by law.Drafting, reviewing, and maintaining legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other relevant records. Ensuring compliance with legal and contractual obligations.Maintaining and updating statutory registers, books of accounts, and other records required by law. Ensuring that the company’s records are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.Preparing and filing various statutory returns, reports, and forms with regulatory authorities, such as annual financial statements, annual returns, and other compliance-related documents.Assisting in the implementation of corporate governance practices and ethical standards within the organization. Providing guidance on matters related to corporate ethics, integrity, and best practices.Providing advice and guidance to the board of directors and senior management on legal, regulatory, and corporate governance matters. Keeping them informed about changes in laws and regulations that may affect the business.Monitor and mitigate risks, including legal, operational, and reputational risksPlay a key role in restructuring, funding, or listing the company on stock exchangesAssist in opening new dental clinics or franchises by handling:Licensing and registration of new facilities.Regulatory approvals for services offered at new locations.Ensure proper documentation for mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.Drafting and preparing MoUs.
