What You Will Do
- Provide academic and strategic leadership to the School of Engineering.

- Lead curriculum innovation to align with Industry 4.0 and emerging global trends.
- Establish a vibrant research ecosystem and mentor faculty in publishing, patents, and projects.
- Ensure student success and career readiness through internships, placements, and entrepreneurial opportunities.
- Drive excellence in NAAC, NBA, and international accreditation processes.
Who We're Looking For
- A visionary leader with 15+ years' experience in academia, research, or R&D leadership.
- PhD in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent senior professional expertise.
- Proven ability to build programs, strengthen industry-academia partnerships, and deliver impact.
- Passionate about shaping the future of engineering education in India.
