Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Marketing Manager to drive bookings, boost visibility, and enhance brand awareness through strategic partnerships, influencer marketing, and targeted digital marketing initiatives. This role is essential in expanding our footprint through relationship-building, SEO, content, email marketing, and paid advertising on key platforms such as , Facebook, WhatsApp, Meta, Google, and YouTube. Success is measured by traffic growth, total booking volume (TBV), and expanding landing page partnerships to improve reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development :Build and strengthen relationships with schools, influencers, and strategic partners to drive awareness and conversions.Manage co-branded marketing initiatives and lead the onboarding of new partnerships, focusing on creating dedicated landing pages to support traffic and booking goals.Facilitate seamless onboarding processes, ensuring partners are equipped to drive successful campaigns that align with 4stay’s goals.

Digital Marketing through Partnerships :Develop and implement marketing campaigns across email, SEO, content, and targeted paid ads, with a particular focus on reaching students and interns through partner and influencer networks.Launch geo-targeted campaigns on platforms like , Facebook, WhatsApp, and Google to drive bookings and increase site traffic, tailoring strategies for maximum engagement on partner and influencer channels.Leverage email marketing for promotions and updates, ensuring partners, influencers, and target audiences are effectively engaged throughout the customer journey.

Influencer Marketing :Identify, recruit, and collaborate with influencers in the education, student lifestyle, and housing sectors to expand reach and brand awareness.Develop influencer campaigns that align with 4stay’s objectives, providing creative direction and tracking performance to ensure alignment with booking and engagement goals.Nurture influencer relationships to build long-term brand advocates who actively promote 4stay.

Content & SEO :Collaborate with SEO specialists or agencies to create SEO-optimized landing pages, blogs, and other content tailored to city-specific student housing needs.Work on backlink strategies to enhance search visibility and authority, aiming for consistent growth in organic traffic.Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to monitor content performance and refine SEO strategies for higher engagement and improved search ranking.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management :Manage testimonials, strengthen client relationships through regular check-ins, and provide ongoing support to ensure high partner satisfaction.Conduct bi-weekly meetings with clients to discuss campaign results, gather feedback, and identify new opportunities.Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Customer Success to provide seamless support and implement partner-driven initiatives effectively.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or related roles, ideally within education, housing, or travel.Proven skills in digital marketing, SEO, influencer marketing, and managing partnership-driven campaigns with a focus on measurable results.Strong relationship-building, adaptability, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proactive and data-driven approach, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Native-level English proficiency and experience with content creation tools like Figma and Canva, as well as analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Traffic Growth : Increase site traffic through campaigns and partner channels, with a focus on SEO, influencer marketing, and backlink building.Total Booking Volume (TBV) : Drive TBV through partnership and campaign conversions.Landing Page Expansion : Increase the number of effective landing page partnerships to boost engagement and conversion rates.
