Qualifications and Skills Proven experience of at least 4 years in software quality assurance and testing practices. Proficiency in Java (Mandatory skill) for test automation and development tasks. Hands-on experience with Selenium (Mandatory skill) for creating robust and scalable automated tests. Strong knowledge and skillset in API Testing (Mandatory skill) using tools and frameworks. Experience with Database Testing to ensure integrity and consistency of the backend data. Familiarity with Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows. Ability to utilize Maven for project management and comprehension of its dependencies and lifecycle. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail for identifying potential defects. Roles and Responsibilities Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases. Execute and analyze automation scripts to identify any errors or issues. Collaborate with the development team to understand business requirements and feature implementations. Evaluate and recommend enhancements and changes to improve product quality and overall experience. Report, track, and verify defects using appropriate defect tracking systems. Participate in regular code reviews and sprint planning sessions to ensure alignment with project goals. Ensure adherence to quality assurance processes and best practices across the team. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in software quality assurance.
