Associate Lead - Quality

Quality Assurance Support: Assist in executing quality assurance processes across project sites. Ensure compliance with engineering standards by conducting inspections and reporting deviations.
Quality Control Assistance: Support the monitoring of construction quality during project execution, ensuring adherence to established standards. Collaborate with teams at third-party manufacturing locations.
Regulatory Compliance: Aid in ensuring all project operations meet regulatory requirements and certification standards. Assist in managing communication with stakeholders regarding compliance issues.
Process Improvement: Work with QA/QC teams to implement corrective actions for identified quality issues. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project quality.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Support the Head of Quality in managing stakeholder relationships by providing necessary updates and ensuring satisfaction with quality control processes.
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed quality documentation and reports. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of quality metrics to senior management.
Training and Development: Assist in training project teams on quality standards and procedures. Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.

Educational Qualification:
