Job Overview We are seeking a Stores Executive to join our team at ARYA INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS, located in Vadodara. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory and ensuring efficient store operations to contribute to our industrial solutions' success. Qualifications and Skills- Minimum of 4 years of experience in inventory management, focusing on maintaining stock accuracy and efficient operations (Mandatory skill). Strong expertise in supply chain management to optimize material flow and minimize costs across the business. Proven experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently and safely. Experience in stock control techniques, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of inventory data. Logistics knowledge to manage and coordinate transportation and delivery of materials effectively. Ability to manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely supply of materials. Skilled in order fulfilment processes, ensuring customer orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time. Proficient in data analysis to interpret inventory reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement. Roles and Responsibilities- Oversee the entire stores operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient flow of materials within the facility. Implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excessive inventory costs. Coordinate with supply chain teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Manage warehouse and stock control activities to ensure safe and organized storage of materials. Develop and maintain positive vendor relationships, negotiating favourable terms and timely deliveries. Monitor and analyse inventory data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all store operations. Assist with developing efficient order fulfilment processes to meet customer demands and reduce lead times.
