We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join us to drive all marketing activities & supporting sales in India & the US.
Responsibilities
Creating growth marketing strategies to achieve organisational goals.
Drive automated email, Linkedin and other lead generation campaigns to support inside sales.
Implementing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution including, but not limited to, Lead generation, Events, Content & Email, social media campaigns
Adapt digital and content marketing programs to the needs of Gnani.ai’s sales team.
Create, expand, and accelerate sales opportunities through regional and account-focused marketing execution and managing marketing campaigns that promote our products and/or services, within marketing defined strategy.
Support Channel and Alliance Marketing activities with internal Sales teams & partners- from approval of campaign through execution as required.
Support organic Content creation for text , audio and video channels.
Drive Branding and related activities.
Ensure SEO, SMM & other digital marketing processes are used to drive traffic and increase rankings of Gnani.ai and related websites.
Work with Analysts like Gartner, Forrester, Everest etc to ensure Gnani.ai gets good coverage and exposure in the Analyst community.
Create, promote & propagate Gnani’s social media content and campaigns.
Requirements and skills
2-8 years experience in a growth marketing role in a B2B SAAS organization
Extremely detail-oriented and organized, and able to meet deadlines.
You possess a Degree in Marketing, Business or similar field.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders
Sound understanding of marketing fundamentals and tactics
Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
Has driven lead generation programs successfully for a SAAS company.
Hands-on experience of digital marketing and social media marketing strategies
Excellent content writing and communication skills
