Job Summary:
You’ll be working with the Founding team. This team runs on an infectious passion for solving the biggest challenge of solving climate change through data by building partnerships with enterprises. They help bring alive the proposition of environmental awareness at the center with sensor-based solutions and data-driven urban planning.
What you will do:
You will focus on building partnerships and nurturing them. Building sales strategies and working with the marketing team to attract more clients and build the sales team to help scale the solution.
Responsibilities:
• Find new clients, understand their buying process and pain points, build proposals and business cases, and win business.
• Manage existing clients and partner accounts.
• Be the single point of contact for partners for all technical and commercial responses and support.
• Negotiate and establish long-term contracts with key clients and partners to ensure a win-win proposition.
• Be on top of industry trends and competitive benchmarking.
• Work closely and provide inputs to internal development teams on new developments to cater to client's requirements.
The ideal candidate requires:
• Prior experience in working or selling to the environmental industry or companies is desirable or else a strong passion for this industry.
• Significant Sales experience, with proven success in developing profitable businesses, preferably with Key Accounts and Large enterprises.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
• Ability to lead from the front, problem-solving, and innovating on the business model are important skills for the role.
