Overview: This position requires a person who has exceptional knowledge of Campaign management. He/she should be able to handle end-to-end campaign execution including creative QC, campaign set-up, and campaign optimization for Display and Video. The candidate must have a stronghold in campaign analytics, performance and inventory management.
Experience Range : 2-5 years of Relevant Experience in programmatic ad ops.
Job Location: Noida (Sector 16 / Sector 158)
Role: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager (Subjective to the current designation & management discretion)
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Excellent Command over Google Ad Manager.
Understanding of various ad formats in Display including HTML and innovative ads.
Understanding of Video campaign set-up and deliveries.
Knowledge of campaign-related metrics like CTR, VTR, Viewability, and eligibility.
Knowledge of Reporting dashboard and scheduling of reports.
AdTech Implementation:
Understanding of how Ad units are created.
Knowledge of implementation of ad unit on a property
Understanding of how to use Google consoles and debug errors in ad code implementation.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaign strategies.
Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad performance and user engagement.
Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign metrics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Should be able to liaise with tech, sales, analytics, and SEO teams to work closely with them to drive the necessary results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a similar role focusing on digital monetization and AdTech.
Strong understanding of advertising technologies, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
Experience with ad-serving platforms, ad exchanges, and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to take ownership
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

We work for 6 days and this is a work-from-office opportunity. We don't provide a Hybrid or Remote working setup.
