  • As a Test Publishing QualityAssurance (TPQA) Administrator youll apply your proven skills ofquality control to a wide range of materials.
  • Youll support multiple projectssimultaneously to meet clientdriven deadlines in our collaborativeenvironment.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Ensures accuracy of the content as it ishandled throughout the materials production process
  • Performs various quality controlchecks such as item accounting and item formatting
  • Performs various technical checksincluding crossreferencing documentation to the functionality andnavigation of the computerbased exam and the results files
  • Maintains accurateuptodate work plans and tracking logs; provides status tomanagement
  • Workscollaboratively with associates to meet clientdriven deadlines
Minimum Skills/Education:
  • We are seeking a detailoriented individualwith proven quality control skills and in addition:
  • Strong planning organizationalanalytical and problemsolving skills
  • Effective communication and negotiationskills Proficiency with Microsoft systems/software (Outlook WordExcel) PDF software file management and computer/internetbasednavigation; ability to master new technology
  • Ability to work in a fastpaceddeadlinedriven environment; flexible and adaptable to changingpriorities
  • Experience with collaborative teambased efforts
  • Experience workingon multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating the efforts ofothers to meet shared goals
  • Bachelors degree in English or previous copyeditingexperience is a plus but not required.
