Strategy & Operations Analyst .As a Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational excellence and strategic initiatives. You'll be instrumental in driving cross-functional programs, analyzing business opportunities, and supporting our strategic partnerships. Your insights will inform decision-making and contribute to our sustained growth and compliance efforts.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Program Manager to spearhead cross-functional programs, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.Analyze business opportunities and challenges, leveraging data to recommend actionable strategies.Prepare detailed reports for tracking results and ensuring compliance with company standards and industry regulations.Contribute to the development and management of strategic partnerships, enhancing our market position and competitive advantage.Manage operational tasks crucial for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of company data with impeccable execution logs.Handle ad-hoc tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the company's success.RequirementsProven ability to work independently as a self-starter, with a keen eye for detail and a curious mindset.2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or tech-driven environment.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and working effectively with cross-functional teams.Leadership experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to guide cross-functional teams and execute strategic initiatives.Bonus points for proficiency in extracting insights from diverse data source types to drive actionable conclusions while ensuring coherent data logic flow.Desirable Qualities:Intellectual curiosity with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Skilled at adjusting problem scope as needed, zooming in or out to suit requirements.Comfort with ambiguity and ability to navigate complex business scenarios.Desire to take initiative, work and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Collaborative mindset, with strong interpersonal skills to engage with teams across the organization.
