**Who Are We?**

W Health Ventures is a Boston-based venture capital firm focused on helping build the future of healthcare delivery. Founded by serial technology entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist Sunil Wadhwani, W Health invests in and incubates early-stage companies that address critical unmet healthcare needs leveraging technology and AI in the US and India.

We are creating a "Venture Studio" for Digital Health - an innovation platform that builds transformative healthcare companies from scratch by discovering disruptive opportunities in healthcare. Distinct from the venture capital and accelerator approach, our venture studio will be closely involved in idea generation, day-to-day operations, and strategic decisions of growing the new business
**What You Will Do**

You will be creative and executional force to set up our offline marketing playbook across cities PAN-India. You will be having both left brain (sales instincts) and right brain (consumer and communications) skills rolled in one. You will be responsible for understanding cultural/city nuances, consumer behaviour, communication tonality to arrive at city marketing campaigns and activities to drive brand awareness and sales.

**Role Overview**

You will lead content strategy and operations for W Health Studio’s multiple portfolio companies/startups in Health-tech Domain.
- (This is a lead role and will be reporting to Head of Offline Marketing and Consumer Experience)_

**Responsibilities**
- **Offline**
- Create compelling content architectures/wireframes for our offline marketing and branding (such as in-Clinic Branding, Brochures, Standees, and other print marketing collateral
- Be a thought partner to design compelling offline marketing events and activities
- Own the messaging in designing PR activities and communications.
- **Online**
- Co-create (with business leads) the consumer lifecycle management flows and wireframes
- Strategies and design compelling communication architecture for various stages of the consumer journey in the sales funnel.

P.S. This is not an SEO/Blogs/Social Media Marketing related content role

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications/Journalism
- 5+ years’ experience content strategy, content operations, or a similar role
- Excellent project management skills
- Proven working dynamics in collaborating with creative professionals (graphic designers and agencies)
- Comfortable with medical/healthcare domain
- Comfortable with strategy, cross-functional people management as well as individual contribution
- Should be based in NCR
- Work Mode: Hybrid (Office + WFH)
