Bancassurance Specialist

About the Role: We're hiring an experienced sales leader to manage and drive the Bancassurance Specialist - Banca team. This is a key leadership position responsible for leading a team of Virtual Relationship Managers, ensuring achievement of business targets through effective customer engagement and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Bancassurance Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets. Drive life insurance sales through virtual and digital engagement with existing and new customers. Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement strategies to improve productivity. Build strong internal and external relationships to ensure consistent business growth. Analyze business reports, identify growth opportunities, and ensure adherence to compliance and process standards. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
