About the Role: We're hiring an experienced sales leader to manage and drive the Bancassurance Specialist - Banca team. This is a key leadership position responsible for leading a team of Virtual Relationship Managers, ensuring achievement of business targets through effective customer engagement and relationship management. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Bancassurance Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets. - Drive life insurance sales through virtual and digital engagement with existing and new customers. - Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and implement strategies to improve productivity. - Build strong internal and external relationships to ensure consistent business growth. - Analyze business reports, identify growth opportunities, and ensure adherence to compliance and process standards. - Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
