What would the work Entail:


  • 4+ years of Residential Real Estate Transaction experience with good knowledge of Bangalore geography
  • Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with key account clients and key decision-makers in the industry.
  • Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with developers/property owners and HNI clients.
  • Review properties and propose suitable options for the requirement.
  • Manage or build an enthusiastic, driven and ambitious team in the most productive manner.
  • Manage the transaction process end-to-end in an efficient manner to achieve smooth closures
  • Responsible for the individual or team’s P&L

  • Team handling

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
