We tailor strategies to the Australian market and are committed to building strong client relationships while helping businesses achieve online success. Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager and Lead Generation Expert to join our team at G'Day Broadcast, based in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role will focus on driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with potential clients. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding our client base. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify, prospect, and engage potential clients for our digital marketing services Conduct sales calls and meetings to present and sell G'Day Broadcast services Understand client needs and create tailored solutions that align with their objectives Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to close sales Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction Track and report on sales performance, focusing on KPIs and revenue generation Qualifications Proven experience in business development or sales, in the digital marketing or tech industry Must have APAC region sales experience Strong knowledge of digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and email marketing Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Perks & Benefits Competitive performance-based bonuses 5-day working week, from 4:30 AM to 12:30 PM, ensuring work-life balance Opportunity to work with a fast-growing and innovative company If you're passionate about driving business growth and making a significant impact in the digital marketing space, we’d love to hear from you
