Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Content Executive with a strong background in content creation and EdTech experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and messaging
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in EdTech
- Analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategy
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders through calls, emails, and other channels
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless content delivery
- ⁠Maintain a track of the invoices of the content order
- ⁠Must be familiar with video content operation
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in EdTech
- Proven track record of creating engaging content that drives audience engagement
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences
- Comfortable with communication via calls, emails, and other channels
- Immediate joiner or available to start within 15 days
