Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed UG/PG degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with email drafting added to it.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Knowledge in MS Office ( Excel, PPT, etc.,)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing and identifying potential candidates for various positions.
Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
Maintain a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Communicate with potential candidates, providing information about the role, company culture, and benefits.
