Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed UG/PG degree
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with email drafting added to it.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge in MS Office ( Excel, PPT, etc.,)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing and identifying potential candidates for various positions.
  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Maintain a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Communicate with potential candidates, providing information about the role, company culture, and benefits.
