We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Finance who will look into everyday financial activities and further provide guidance to the team. He/she will be responsible for handling all financial processes of the organisation, implementing financial policies, creating budgets, keeping track of financial transactions, and providing the managerial team with finance reports.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage day-to-day finance activities of the organization.
  • Creating and implementing financial policies of the organization.
  • Planning financial budgets to increase operational efficiency of the organization.
  • Monitor cash-flow of the organization by monitoring income, expenditure, and investments.
  • Managing and preparing the balance sheet, P&L, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurements, payroll, tax (direct & indirect), GST and other miscellaneous expenses.
  • Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions.
  • Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources.
  • Identifying areas of cost-reduction to maximize profit.
  • Assisting the managerial team in budgeting, taxes, and investments.
  • Assist in financial audits.
  • Performing regular financial analysis and resolving issues.


Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance or accounting.
  • 7+ years of experience in a senior position in the finance team.
  • Proficiency to work in Microsoft Excel and Tally.
  • Candidate who has managed financial operations, has a good understanding of management/statutory obligations and requirements.
  • Strong analytical thinker along with the ability to work under pressure.
