What We're Looking For:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills in
English
Strong customer orientation and the ability to handle calls/emails/chats
Prior experience in
Aviation / Travel / Hospitality / OTA / BPO
domains preferred
Knowledge of
Amadeus or Galileo GDS
is an added advantage
Proficiency in
MS Office tools
Comfortable with
rotational shifts and week-offs
Eligibility:
Graduates in any stream
Hotel Management / Aviation diploma holders also welcome
