We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Head to lead our human resources function and drive people strategies across the organization.Primary Responsibilities:- Lead the HR team and manage overall HR operations.- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and compliance programs.- Drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies.- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements.- Mentor and guide HR staff while fostering a positive organizational culture.- Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and organizational development & Experience:- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the Banking & Finance sector.- Strong leadership, people management, and HR operations expertise.- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.- Proven ability to drive HR initiatives and organizational change.- Male candidates preferred (as per requirements).- Strong analytical, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills.
