Position Location - PuneCTC - 18 to 24 LPAJoining Time - 15 to 30 days maximumPreferred Industry - EPC, Construction, Infrastructure etc...We seek an experienced and dynamic HR/People Leader to oversee all aspects of human resources management in our organization. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives and foster a positive, productive work environment. A. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiativesManage talent acquisition, development, and retention processesOversee employee relations and drive engagement initiativesLead learning and development programs across the organizationEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulationsManage performance evaluation and compensation processesOversee employee health, safety, and wellness programsDrive organizational development and change management initiatives B. Qualifications Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field12-15 years of progressive experience in HR management rolesStrong knowledge of HR best practices and employment lawsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinking with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goalsExperience with HR information systems C. Required Skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent organizational and project management skillsAbility to influence and collaborate with senior leadershipProven track record in developing and implementing HR policies and programsExperience in change management and organizational developmentStrong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality D. Key Attributes Empathetic: Ability to understand and relate to employees' needs and concernsStrategic: Capable of aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectivesAdaptive: Flexible in approach to meet changing workforce and business needsEnthusiastic: The ability to motivate and energize people to the company’s mission E. Performance Expectations The successful candidate will be expected to: · Improve employee engagement and satisfaction metricsReduce turnover and improve retention of key talentEnhance the organization's learning and development programsEnsure full compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulationsOptimize HR processes for increased efficiency and effectivenessContribute to the overall success of the organization through strategic HR initiatives F. Reporting Relationship This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and is part of the senior leadership team.
