KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The current opening is for Senior Accounts Executive. Overall this role requires overseing accounts department and putting in necessary systems, processes to ensure compliance with all necessary laws / standards and timely filingsThe Candidate will be responsible for smooth, compliant accounting and will be the single point of contact between the management and the accounts teamRoles & Responsibilities :-1) Finalize Books - Sale / Purchase / Banks on Weekly / Monthly and Quarterly basis and make Monthly MIS and Quarterly QIS2) Preparing all GST , TDS, Labour Law workings and ensure the same is filed monthly on time3) Preparing provisionals and other financial documents as and when required for banking or other purposes4) Carry out discussions with vendors, clients, banks to ensure that all accounts & documentation are tallyed and under control5) Oversee stock taking every month end6) Carry our sale / purchase reconciliation between Tally and GST Data and ensure all matched on a monthly basis7) Ensure that all dispatch documents are created and filed as necessary during dispatches8) Monthly presentation to management on company business and financial health and any new systems / processes implemented in the accounts department for past month9) Co-ordinating with CA for finalising audit data annualy and filings for the same10) Ensuring all statutory filings are done as requried11) Maintain all documentations, reciepts and data in a organised mannerOverall this role requires overseing accounts department and putting in necessary systems, processes to ensure compliance with all necessary laws / standards and timely filingsThe Candidate will be responsible for smooth, compliant accounting and will be the single point of contact between the management and the accounts teamRequirements :-1) Strong understanding of Tally2) Knowledge of applicable laws for statutory and financial requirements3) Strong communication skills4) Ability to lead a team and ensure smooth functioning among members of the team5) Stong knowledge of MS Office6) Understanding of Balance Sheets / Profit & Loss / Cash Flow Statements and ability to prepare the same along with schedules
