Key Responsibilities: - Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) with accuracy and timely follow-up. - Maintain daily bookkeeping and financial records using Tally Prime. - Handle GST, TDS, ITR, VAT filings and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines. - Prepare and review financial statements, ledgers, and reconciliations. - Process remittances and support international payment documentation (preferred). - Work closely with internal teams for budgeting, reporting, and audits. - Support month-end and year-end closing activities. - Assist with finance documentation and process improvement initiatives. - Skills & Qualifications: - Proficiency in Tally Prime. - Strong understanding of Taxation including GST, TDS, VAT, and Income Tax Return filing. - Experience in Accounts Payable & Receivable. - Solid bookkeeping and reconciliation skills. - Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas, etc.). - Knowledge of Remittance processes (preferred). - Prior experience in the Travel industry will be a strong advantage. - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance or related field.
