Position OverviewWe are seeking a Vice President (VP) – International Business Development to spearhead Bhionix.Group's global growth strategy. This leadership role involves identifying new markets, forming strategic alliances, managing high-value partnerships, and driving revenue growth across international regions.
As the VP, you will lead a small but impactful business growth team, working directly with the Founder & Group Leadership during international visits, industry events, and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute international business development strategy across target geographies.
- Identify and build strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances with global companies.
- Lead high-level client and partner negotiations, MoUs, and deal closures.
- Drive entry into new markets by assessing opportunities, risks, and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal tech/product teams to align offerings with global market needs.
- Oversee the International Client Engagement & Appointment team to ensure effective outreach and meeting schedules.
- Represent Bhionix.Group at global industry events, trade fairs, and government delegations.
- Build and maintain strong C-level and decision-maker relationships across industries.
- Provide regular updates, market intelligence, and growth reports to the board/CTO/CEO.
- Master's or Bachelor's in Business, International Relations, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- 10–15 years of proven success in international business development, partnerships, or market expansion.
- Strong global network and ability to build relationships at C-suite level.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of cross-border business regulations, government projects, and B2B ecosystems.
- Experience in industries like AI, SaaS, Healthcare, EdTech, Drones, Hospitality, or Gaming preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently across global markets.

- Number of new international markets/regions entered per year.
- Successful completion of market entry plans (compliance, partnerships, local presence).

- Revenue generated from international markets.

- Client Acquisition & Retention
- Number of new enterprise/global clients onboarded.

- Team & Execution Leadership
- Performance of the Client Engagement & Appointment team under VP leadership.
- Timeliness and effectiveness of international visits/meetings execution.
- Thought Leadership & Representation
- Participation in global events, industry delegations, and government-led initiatives.
- Number of keynote talks/panels/representation opportunities secured for Bhionix.Group globally.
- Strategic leadership role driving Bhionix.Group's international growth.
