Qualification Required: BDS, or related background
Role Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic BDS graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of experience to join our dynamic team as Clinical Growth Officers. As a Customer Success Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for our dental clients and professionals. Your role is to ensure seamless customer journey, and ongoing support to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. Your clinical background will help bridge the gap between product understanding and real-time customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve customer queries related to dental products or services with clinical understanding
• Act as a liaison between dentists/customers and the internal product team
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on usage patterns
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Create and maintain documentation for customer support cases
• Review and create training materials, clinical guides, and SOPs
Skills & Requirements:
• BDS or dental background preferred for product understanding
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Empathy and a strong customer-first attitude
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
