About the Role
iCare Software is hiring Customer Success Managers to join our team remotely from India . We are a leading enterprise SaaS platform serving childcare centers, Montessori schools, afterschool programs, and early education providers across the U.S.
This hands-on role involves both strategic onboarding and technical customer support . You will work closely with new and existing clients to ensure their success — from implementation and training to ongoing support and optimization. You'll need to be ready on day one with a solid understanding of B2B SaaS processes, workflows, and customer success best practices.
This is a full-time remote role requiring work during U.S. business hours (typically 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST).
