Location: Delhi (6 Days Working, Based on Roster)

Qualification Required: Bachelor of Dental Surgery

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our dental clients and professionals. Your role is to ensure a seamless customer journey and provide ongoing support to maximize satisfaction and retention. With your clinical background, you will bridge the gap between product understanding and real-time customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer queries related to dental products or services using clinical expertise.
  • Act as a liaison between dentists/customers and internal product teams.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer usage patterns.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Create and maintain accurate documentation for customer support cases.
  • Develop, review, and update training materials, clinical guides, and SOPs.

Skills & Requirements

  • BDS or dental background preferred for strong product understanding.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathetic, customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
