Role Overview
As a Customer Success Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our dental clients and professionals. Your role is to ensure a seamless customer journey and provide ongoing support to maximize satisfaction and retention. With your clinical background, you will bridge the gap between product understanding and real-time customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer queries related to dental products or services using clinical expertise.
- Act as a liaison between dentists/customers and internal product teams.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer usage patterns.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain accurate documentation for customer support cases.
- Develop, review, and update training materials, clinical guides, and SOPs.
Skills & Requirements
- BDS or dental background preferred for strong product understanding.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathetic, customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
