The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and resolving client queries efficiently. Responsibilities include supporting clients with service-related needs, collaborating with internal teams for seamless service delivery, and addressing any finance-related inquiries as needed. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the organization and its clients to foster trust and ongoing collaboration.QualificationsProficiency in Client Services and Customer Service to address client needs and build strong relationships.Exceptional Communication skills to ensure clear and effective interaction with clients and internal teams (non-negotiable)Commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction through effective problem-solving and attention to detail.Basic understanding of Finance and financial processes to assist with client-related financial queries.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in a client-facing or customer support role is an advantage.Work From Office Role, 6 days a week.1-3 Years of Work Experience Required in a similar role.
