In this role, you'll create informative and engaging content that helps build connections with our customers and drives our business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Create original content for articles, blogs, product descriptions, and company websites.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets the company standards for accuracy and style (company-wide style guide).
  • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to develop original content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout.
  • Optimize content according to SEO guidelines.
  • Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users' engagement metrics.
  • Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic.
  • Stay updated with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience's attention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
  • Proven content writing or copywriting experience with a solid portfolio of work.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to adapt the style, tone, and voice of our business' various types of content.
  • Working knowledge of content management systems like WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
  • Basic understanding of SEO practices and techniques.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work independently and with professional discretion.
