About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer with strong writing skills and a keen understanding of how content performs across platforms. This role involves developing content strategies for high-impact, public-facing campaigns that require nuance, cultural sensitivity, and storytelling that connects with a wide audience.

If you're someone who can craft compelling narratives in both Hindi and English, understand digital trends, and can lead content direction across social platforms, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop platform-specific content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and WhatsApp
  • Ideate, plan, and script content formats including reels, posts, scripts, long-form captions, and informational content
  • Work closely with design, video, and account teams to ensure cohesive and consistent storytelling
  • Analyze content performance and iterate strategies to improve reach, relevance, and engagement
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, project objectives, and communication goals
  • Handle content with a high degree of contextual awareness, especially for public or socially driven narratives
  • Translate complex ideas into simple, engaging content for digital platforms

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 2–4 years of experience in content strategy and content writing, preferably in fast-paced or campaign-driven environments
  • Strong command over both Hindi and English (writing, editing, and translation as needed)
  • Excellent understanding of digital media, social media platforms, and current content trends
  • Strong understanding of Rajasthan's political and cultural landscape
  • Experience working with public interest campaigns, community engagement projects, or cause-based communication is a strong plus
