This is a unique opportunity to contribute to building a brand that provides a fresh andluxurious experience to the press-on-nail market in India, allowing customers to getsalon-quality nails in the comfort of their homes.Responsibilities:Digital Marketing: Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns through Meta andGoogle Ads, as well as organic SEOSocial Media Management: Assist in managing our Instagram account, includingcontent creation and engaging with our audience.Influencer Outreach: Identify and contact beauty influencers for collaborations, productreviews, and partnerships.Content Creation: Create visually appealing and social media content that reflectsFloss Beauty’s brand voice and aestheticCampaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns toincrease brand awareness and drive sales.Trend Analysis: Stay on top of global beauty trends and integrate them into ourmarketing strategies.Requirements:- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty/fashion/lifestyle - space. - Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, and social media scheduling - tools. - Passionate about beauty and fashion, with a keen eye for the latest trends. - Excellent written communication skills and visual taste (design skills are a bonus). - A high degree of professionalism, time management, and accountability. - Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and an eye for detail. - Self-motivated and able to work independently. - Strong understanding of beauty consumer behavior and aesthetic storytelling. - Bonus: Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and influencer marketing.Benefits:Work with a Trendsetting Brand: Be at the forefront of beauty innovation in India andhelp shape a fresh, bold brand from the ground up.Creative Freedom: Bring your ideas to life in a setting that values experimentation,aesthetics, and originality.Professional Growth: Develop your skills in marketing, social media, and influencermanagement.Product trials: You’ll always be the first to try our newest sets and new products, perksof being in the inner circleBeauty Industry Exposure: Work on influencer campaigns, PR strategy, productlaunches, and more, it’s a crash course in the business side of beautyIf you're ready to take gain experience and get hands-on experience in this growing industry,we'd love to hear from you
