You’ll work on end-to-end social media campaigns — fromideating and scripting short-form videostovisiting client locations, shooting content, and analysing what’s trending . You’ll collaborate with our creative and ad teams to craft content that performs, not just looks good.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch trends, formats, and viral hooks across Instagram and YouTube Shorts. Write short, punchyvideo scripts and captionsthat grab attention and retain viewers. Visit client locations forshoots, reels, interviews, and storytelling content . Coordinate with designers, editors, and clients to plan weekly content calendars. Conductcompetitor and trend analysisto keep every brand ahead of the curve. Analyse engagement and performance metrics to identify what’s working. Bring creative ideas that break the routine and drive real traction.Who We’re Looking ForSomeone wholives on Reels, YouTube, and TikTok trendsand knows what’s catching fire this week. Excellent command of English and Tamil (bonus if you can think in both). Passion for storytelling, humour, and emotion in short-form videos. Comfortable being on-site with clients (for shoots, content direction, and coordination). Basic familiarity with Canva or any editing tool is a plus. Graduate (any discipline) with acreative mindset and marketing curiosity .What You’ll GainHands-on experience inviral content creationfor real brands.
