**Job Title: Social Media Marketing Fresher**

**Location**: Gurugram, Haryana

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic **Social Media Marketing Fresher** to join our growing team in Gurugram. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a flair for digital marketing and social media engagement. As a part of our marketing team, you will be responsible for building and executing social media strategies, content creation, and growing our brand presence across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Monitor social media trends, content engagement, and audience insights to continuously optimize campaigns.
- Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts, ads, and promotions.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments across platforms.
- Track and report on social media performance metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to produce creative materials.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in social media marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and social media.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in the marketing field.
