We're seeking a data-driven Growth Marketer to accelerate market expansion and drive revenue growth through integrated marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies (SEO, SEM, content, social media, email, partnerships) - Build scalable lead generation programs targeting enterprise clients across key verticals - Own marketing KPIs: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and ROI - Create compelling content (case studies, whitepapers, blogs, webinars) demonstrating AI/ML thought leadership - Optimize website, manage social presence, and execute ABM strategies - Collaborate with sales team on enablement, collateral, and lead qualification - Plan and execute industry events, partnerships, and co-marketing initiatives - Implement tracking, attribution, and A/B testing frameworksRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 2-3 years in growth marketing, preferably B2B SaaS or tech services - Proven track record driving measurable growth in enterprise marketing - Strong proficiency: Google Analytics, Google/LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot/Marketo, SEO/SEM tools - Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills - Self-motivated with startup mindset
