You’ll experiment across channels, analyze performance, and scale strategies that drive measurable business impact. The ideal candidate is both analytical and innovative — someone who thrives on testing, learning, and optimizing every step of the funnel.Key Responsibilities: Relationship & Affiliate Management Design and executegrowth strategiesacross digital channels (SEO, paid ads, email, social, referral, affiliate, and partnerships). Identify and optimize theuser acquisition funnel— from awareness to activation to retention. ConductA/B testingon landing pages, ads, and email campaigns to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to drive feature adoption and revenue growth. Track, measure, and report on KPIs such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn, and ROI. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.) to uncover insights and inform decisions. Explore and launchnew growth channels(e.g., influencer partnerships, referral programs, community marketing). Develop and manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve engagement. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and growth hacking tactics.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus). 3–6 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing (preferably in SaaS or tech). Proven track record of scaling digital campaigns that deliver ROI. Strong analytical skills and comfort with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar. Creative thinker with an experimental mindset — you test, measure, and iterate quickly. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
