Title: Account Manager – Client Growth & Success (Affiliate Marketing)Location: Banglore or India (Onsite)Reports to: Head of Client Growth / Managing DirectorABOUT GROWTH FUSION:We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and client-focused Account Manager to manage relationships with affiliate and performance marketing clients across North America and Europe. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients and our internal media buying and operations teams — driving campaign success, gathering feedback, and ensuring client growth through data-driven insights.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Maintain consistent communication, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. - Campaign Performance: Collaborate with internal media buyers and affiliate teams to monitor campaign KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.). - Feedback Loop: Collect structured feedback and performance data from team leads/media buyers to help optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities. - Reporting: Create weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting campaign results, insights, and next steps. - Strategic Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding client goals and translating them into performance strategies. - Coordination Across Time Zones: Work flexibly to accommodate client calls in EST and CET hours. - Problem Solving: Address client issues promptly, coordinate internal resolution, and ensure expectations are managed effectively.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or client success roles. - Strong understanding of media buying, tracking platforms (Voluum, Cake, Everflow, etc.), and affiliate campaign metrics. - Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and reporting tools. - Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple clients simultaneously. - Experience working with international clients is a strong plus.WHAT WE OFFER:- Health Isurance. - Competitive compensation (base + performance bonus). - Opportunity to work with high-growth global brands. - A collaborative environment that values data, creativity, and ownership.
