Direct Walkin for International Insurance Specialist role in TCS BPSDear Candidates,TCS BPS is hiring for any International Insurance professionals at TCS Pune.Experience: 1-6 yearsDate & Time : 1st November , 9.00 AM - 12.30 PMVenue: Tata Consultancy Services -SP1, Gate No1, Maan, Sahyadri Park, S3 Tikona building, Plot No. 2 & 3, Phase 3, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Maan, Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra 411057.Job Summary:- Process: International Insurance/Insurance Operations (Life, Pensions, Annuities) - Work Location: Pune (Sahyadri Park) - 1 +Years of experience in any International Insurance and Good Communication skillsPosition Summary:- Associates will be responsible for handling and undertaking rule-based transactions with a small element of decision making, preset performance criteria and ensure data entry & information processing in accordance with process documents, procedures manuals and /or as per the agreement and compliance requirements. - Associates may be engaged in email/ mail communication with TCS clients or their end customers. - Associates must adhere to intra-day/ weekly volumes fluctuations and ensuring meeting of turnaround time.Key Activities:- Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written) - Should be able to develop system and process understanding - Responsible for sharing process updates with ops team. - Responsible for daily inventory/ transactions clearance - Should highlight any gaps / change management in current SOP's - Must be able to learn sub processes within the function - Must be able to understand principles of insurance, insurance contracting, claims and policy servicing functionsKey Requirements:- Graduate Degree in any stream - 1+ Years of professional experience preferably in operations - Independent, detail-oriented and self-motivated - Ability to prioritize work within assigned caseload - Proficiency using MS Office with good typing speed - A team player who can collaborate with team members and clients on daily basis and is able to participate in brainstorming session with Team Leaders and SMEs to help them identify process efficiency.**TCS does not charge any fee at any stage of the recruitment & selection process.
