We have a 3 decades partnership with Vertiv, our primary OEM.

You will be responsible for leading sales across these Products / Solutions to 1250 Named accounts of Frontier

- Power UPS systems, switchgear, busways, and power distribution units (PDUs)

- Thermal Precision cooling systems, chillers, and thermal management solutions

- Racks & Enclosures Scalable rack solutions for enterprise and edge deployments

- Monitoring & DCIM Infrastructure monitoring tools, data center infrastructure management software, and remote access systems

- Edge & Modular Solutions Preconfigured modular setups including micro data centers for edge computing

- We're looking for someone with strong business and sales skills, a focus on results, and the ability to work effectively across teams. This role combines strategy with hands-on work and requires coordination with both our internal teams and OEM partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Account Ownership & Growth: Manage key strategic accounts and drive expansion across the region.


- Deliver on revenue targets and ensure long-term customer engagement.

- OEM Partnership Management: Work closely with Vertiv to co-sell and position solutions across their infrastructure portfolio.

- Solution Selling & Relationship Building: Lead consultative sales efforts, structure deals, and build trusted relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.

- Pipeline & Target Management: Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline, with strong forecasting and delivery against quarterly and annual goals.

- Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional sales leaders, marketing, product, delivery, and operations teams to align on goals and drive outcomes.

What We're Looking For:

- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales-ideally in enterprise tech or infrastructure solutions.

- Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure-power, thermal, racks, monitoring tools, and modular solutions.

- Confidence in presenting solutions to senior decision-makers; ability to tailor pitches to customer needs.

- Experience working with or alongside OEMs; prior exposure to Vertiv or similar partners is a plus.

- A structured approach to sales, high ownership, and a focus on customer success

- Comfortable working across functions and collaborating in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment

- The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about what they do & brings in high energy, self-motivation and the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.

If your deeply invested & passionate about what you do, then this role will feel exciting and rewarding and the exposure will serve as a solid stepping stone in your career. If you have an engineering degree and/or MBA it helps, but if you don't & believe that your education comes from your work experience that's fine. Age no bar (as long as youre young at heart).


Salary? Depends entirely on what you bring to the table (In the past it ranged between 25-40 LPA) . Of course, you will need to link a part of the same to performance (there are no free lunches, remember).
