We are seeking a skilled Drive Test Expert to join our team remotely from India. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in drive testing, and maintaining clear communication with the drive test teams on the field to ensure the successful execution of tests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting drive testing teams for daily field testing as assigned by RF Engineer and client.
  • Detailed understanding and experience with drive testing tools XCAL, XCAP, TEMS, ACTIX, QXDM, Google Earth, Map info EST file creation for navigation, TAQI, etc.
  • Proficient in scanner related drives and troubleshooting.
  • Good understanding and guiding DTs to configure, connect devices e.g. UEs, Scanner, MPM4, EZMO etc.
  • Preparing scripts and hands-on experience in site acceptance testing, cluster drive, Market drive, scanner drive, MOS drive, etc.
  • Understanding of 4G/5G KPI is important.
  • Lead, Track, and monitor the drive tester’s performance, including miles driven, ATP sites pass/fail, and troubleshooting throughput test issues.
  • Possess strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.


Qualification:

  • Graduation in Telecom/Electronics or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Drive Tester in the Telecom Industry.
