Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with a minimum of 7 years of implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background in customizing and extending Oracle Fusion HCM modules. You will be responsible for driving the success of our HCM implementations and ensuring seamless integration across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customization & Extension: Customize and extend Oracle Fusion HCM modules to align with business requirements.
• SaaS Development: Develop SaaS extensions utilizing Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) and Application Composer.
• HCM Module Expertise: Provide deep knowledge and support for Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Performance, Recruitment, Learning, and Payroll.
• Utilization of Tools: Leverage Oracle Fusion Cloud tools such as FBDI, ADFdi, Application Security, Workflows, BPM Workflows, Page Customizations, FSR, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Alerts.
• Integration Solutions: Design and implement integrations with various systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other relevant technologies.
• Infrastructure & Architecture: Understand and work with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, architecture, and network topology.
• Scripting & Database Management: Utilize basic shell scripting and manage databases with SQL, PLSQL, Oracle Reports, WEBADI, XML Publisher, and Oracle Application Framework.
• Version Control & CI/CD: Experience with GitHub, CI/CD, and automation testing is a plus.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Postgraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM as a Technical Expert.

Technical Skills:

• Proven experience in customizing and extending Oracle Fusion modules.
• Strong experience with SaaS extensions using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Application Composer, and Process Cloud Service (PCS).
• Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle HCM modules: Core HR, Performance, Recruitment, Learning, and Payroll.
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud tools, including FBDI, ADFdi, Application Security, Workflows, BPM Workflows, etc.
• Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), OCI APEX, and ATP.
• Understanding of REST services and various integration patterns.
• Basic shell scripting skills.
• Strong expertise in SQL, PLSQL, Oracle Reports, WEBADI, XML Publisher, and Oracle Application Framework.
• Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD, and automation testing is an advantage.
