Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager, and UX Designer with a passion for crafting compelling, user-centric designs that elevate the customer experience. In this role, you will lead a team of designers and work cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to create seamless, end-to-end experiences that blend innovative design with business strategy.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of visually appealing and highly functional interfaces that reflect current and global trends in eCommerce while enhancing user engagement.
  • Own overall end-to-end user experience across the entire product— from the high-level vision down to specifics of feature or service flows.
  • Responsible for the creation of prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that provide seamless user journeys and drive engagement.
  • Ensure that all designs maintain a high level of aesthetic quality, with attention to detail in layout, typography, color, and interaction.
  • Develop design systems that enhance the brand’s identity while ensuring consistency across various touchpoints and channels.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, create end-to-end user journeys, and conduct competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Partner effectively with product managers/owners to translate their user stories into intuitive, elegant, and user-friendly interfaces that drive business goals.
  • Collaborate with the Graphic/Visual Design team to develop and maintain aesthetics, standards, and brand integrity.
  • Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and adapt to business priorities in a fast-paced environment.



Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/management role, ideally in the eCommerce space.
  • Proven track record of shipping successful digital products in a fast-paced, agile environment.



Design Skills:

  • Excellent visual and interaction design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing eCommerce or transactional website experience.
  • Strong understanding of modern design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Invison, etc.



Good To Have Skills

  • Awareness and experience with emerging technologies such as AI-driven design, AR/VR interfaces, or conversational UI
