Senior Architect


We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of medium to high-complexity architectural projects. As a key figure in the project lifecycle, you’ll collaborate closely with Project Managers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, innovative design solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client discussions to understand project requirements, budget, and design preferences
  • Coordinate concept designs for complex projects and guide the development of schematic and final designs, including necessary reports and drawings
  • Collaborate with structural, mechanical, and environmental teams to align design requirements across all stages
  • Partner with stakeholders to conduct value engineering and integrate necessary adjustments for high-complexity projects
  • Work with Project Managers to review design deliverables, capture feedback, and obtain necessary approvals from clients and authorities
  • Support the development of tender documents with the Quantity Surveying Department and assist during the tender process
  • Review design deliverables for medium-complexity projects, conducting detailed checks and issuing reports
  • Assist Project Managers with budget management, scheduling, resource allocation, and handling changes in scope
  • Support risk management and ensure suppliers and subcontractors adhere to project timelines and budgets


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in architectural design for large, complex projects
  • Strong knowledge of international standards and a track record of delivering high-quality architectural designs
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Revit Architecture, BIM 360, AutoCAD, and MS Office
