Key Responsibilities

As an HR Intern at Registerkaro, you will:

  • Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing communication with applicants.
  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for new team members.
  • Maintain and organize employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs and events.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct research on HR trends and practices to provide valuable insights.
  • Handle administrative tasks to support the HR team in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proactive and eager to learn, with a keen interest in HR practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HR tools and software is a plus.
