About the Role

As an HR Generalist at Apna, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives. You will work closely with employees and management to ensure a positive and productive work environment while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • End to End employee life cycle management which consists of Onboarding New Joiners, supporting internal HR & TA team, helping employees with their queries & concerns etc.
  • Ownership of HRMIS portal & employee database with utmost accuracy & zero missouts.
  • Manage employee records and maintain HR databases with accuracy.
  • Support performance management processes in terms of PMS operational activities.
  • Handle employee relations issues with sensitivity and confidentiality, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
  • Coordinate with HRBPs towards maintaining changes over employee database & HRMIS.
  • Keep updated with labor laws and HR trends to ensure compliance and alignment with industry standards.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suites and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexible to work on urgent deliverables as in when required during weekends (Occasionally)
