Skills Required:

  • HR Management Systems: Proficiency in HRMS software and recruitment portals.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Managing endtoend recruitment processes.
  • Performance Appraisal: Designing and conducting performance appraisal systems.
  • Employee Relations: Handling employee grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Task Management: Strong capability in task management and coordination.
  • Data Analysis: Advanced skills in MS Office suite especially Word and advanced Excel.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in HR leadership.
  • Strong team management skills and ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS.
  • Expertise in payroll management labor laws compliance and regulatory affairs.


Computer Knowledge
