Junior Business Analyst (IT Solutions)

Location : Chennai / Madurai, India

About the Role :

We're looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Junior Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be a key liaison between our clients and our development teams, helping to translate complex business needs into innovative and scalable IT solutions. Youll work on projects spanning web and mobile application development, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions, ensuring our proposals and final products exceed client expectations.

What You'll Do :

- Gather and analyze project requirements, creating detailed documentation like a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Software Requirements Specification (SRS).

- Conduct research to develop competitive, high-quality proposals for various IT projects.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose effective, technology-driven solutions.

- Ensure that all delivered solutions align with the business's goals and technical requirements.

What We're Looking For :

Experience :


- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-focused environment, with a strong understanding of web or mobile application development, cybersecurity, or cloud solutions.

Technical Acumen :


- A solid grasp of the latest IT technologies and a track record of working in an IT development or support setting for at least 3 years.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline
